That's us "Christened" the extension in top East Ayrshire B&B "Gowanbank". It was only finished this week- just in time for Lorraine and Alistair's wedding. Weather was fantastic...ideal for a marquee wedding!
Jiggered were in charge of ceilidh action for the evening reception- Susan and Chris had already played at the service but were joined by Jenny and Ewan. Ewan's on antibiotics because of a spider-bite he got in Australia... not that you would notice as he still managed to batter out some top rhythms and drumfills.
The evening buffet was a big hot- bacon rolls and homemade sausage rolls. Nice one! Having attended 100s of wedding receptions over the years we've now become wedding-reception-buffet-connoisseurs and the bacon roll comes highly recommended!
Anyway, Jiggered officially wish Al and Lor all the best as they head off for their honeymoon in the States!
