Edinburgh Uni For Conference Ceilidh

Jiggered travelled over to Edinburgh University’s South Hall Complex for our latest gig. Jane was organising a large European conference for vets working in support of research (the 2017 LAVA-ESLAV-ECLAM Conference on Reproducibility of Animal Studies).

It’s always fun when there’s an international feel to a ceilidh and with a large number of European delegates learning to ceilidh for the first time, this was no exception. Mobile phones were filming us, photographing the dancing action and torches were even providing alternatives to lighters as Susan melted hearts with her rendition of “Hector the Hero” and as Emma wowed the crowd (unintentional rhyming there) with “Caledonia.

Lots of fun.
